Together with our partner, SE-Education, we are delighted to invite you to join us at our ɫèAV Edexcel event for school leaders and teachers in Bangkok, Thailand!
Plus, you will be able to have time to network with colleagues from other schools to exchange ideas and arrange for individual session with ɫèAV staff for further discussion where you will have the opportunity to address your school-specific questions.
With two separate sessions focusing on different stages of the international curriculum, Session 1 will be exploring Early Years and iPrimary curriculum, suitable for teachers following the Pre-K and Key Stage 1 to 2 (Year 1 to Year 6), while Session 2 will be looking at the iLowerSecondary curriculum suitable for teachers following the Key Stage 3 (Year 7 to Year 9). Teachers are welcome to join either one session, or both if they want to.

Session 1: Early Years & iPrimary (Pre-K to Year 6)
- 8:45 – 9:00am - Arrival & Registration (Tea break will be available)
- 9:00 – 9:15am - Introduction and Welcome by ɫèAVÂ
- 9.15 – 10.15am (60 minutes) - Early Years: Laying the foundations for future success: Learn how our ɫèAV Early Years programme helps teachers understand the level that children should be working at and how learning progresses over time. Our presenter will also showcase how effective education at this age ensure students are prepared to progress with the skills they need to engage with the world around them.
- 10:15 – 10:30am - Tea Break
- 10.30 – 12.00pm (90 minutes) - iPrimary: Spend less time navigating the curriculum and more time inspiring learners: Explore how ɫèAV international iPrimary curriculum provide a complete, integrated teaching and learning experience for primary level students with its range of by print and digital teaching and learning content. At the same time our presenter will share the complete teaching and learning program for subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Computing and Global Citizenship.

Session 2: iLowerSecondary (Year 7 to Year 9)
- 1:15 – 1:30pm - Arrival & Registration (Tea break will be available)
- 1.30 – 2.30pm (60 minutes) - iLowerSecondary: Future proof journey towards success at International GCSE: Preparation for success at International GCSE level starts with solid learning that iLowerSecondary curriculum offers to learners. Learn about the wide range of support that helps teachers deliver the curriculum such as specifications, schemes of work, sample assessment materials, getting started guides, exemplars, lesson plans and specialist subject advisors.
- 2:30 – 2:45pm - Tea Break
- 2.45 – 3.30pm (45 minutes) - Curriculum-matched published resources: More than just the curriculum, our presenter will also share the teaching resources for both print and digital which are designed with a strong focus on progression, recognition and transferable skills, allowing learning in a local context to a global standard.

Speaker Profile
Leah Hopkinson is a Product Manager in the International Schools Curriculum team at ɫèAV. She leads on their international iPrimary and iLowerSecondary curriculum and its huge range of supporting resources. She has worked at ɫèAV for 5 years developing high quality resources from ages 3-19 for both UK and International markets. A graduate of University of Birmingham, she is passionate about delivering first-rate resources that help improve outcomes for learners and is currently leading the development of an innovative new primary science programme, putting pupil engagement and progression at the heart of learning.
