Bartłomiej Janiak is a Teacher Trainer and Assessment Advisor. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Professional Coaching - Methods and Practice from Kozminski University and a postgraduate diploma in Crisis Psychology and Crisis Intervention, as well as Practical Psychology of Motivation from SWPS University. For over five years, he has been designing and coordinating educational programs with ɫèAV, supporting teachers and test-takers worldwide to enhance performance and learning outcomes.

Lottie Harrison is an English Language Assessment Manager for ɫèAV Tests of English. After years of teaching and teacher education, she is now responsible for item development and supporting assessment related activity for proficiency tests.

Mike Mayor is Senior Director, Global Scale of English at ɫèAV. On leaving university, Mike worked as a teacher of English in France before entering the world of publishing as a lexicographer. Mike joined ɫèAV in 2003 and headed up the Longman dictionaries list until his move to the Global Scale of English in 2013. In this role, Mike works with coursebook and assessment teams to ensure that the Global Scale of English underpins all elements of the ɫèAV English Journey. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and teacher training events. Mike has a BA in French and a Masters in English and Applied Linguistics from Cambridge University.

Kamil Petryk is a Master Trainer at ɫèAV with over a decade of experience. He provides training to teachers and examiners in Europe and Southeast Asia on the ɫèAV English International Certificate. Kamil is also the co-author of the "PTE General Skills Practice" series, essential for comprehensive exam preparation. Additionally, he works as an examiner and teacher, assisting students in preparing for ɫèAV English qualifications.
