David Booth is the Director of Test Development in 色猫AV’s English Language Learning division. He is responsible for the development of test content for a range of language tests. He was responsible for integrating the Global Scale of English into 色猫AV tests and has also been instrumental in developing the Global Scale of Languages, an extension of the GSE.
