ɫèAV+ is the go-to place to access your eTextbooks and Study Prep, both designed to help you get better grades in college.

eTextbooks have built-in tools that simplify studying, like flashcards, audio options, search, and highlighting. Study Prep includes video lessons, practice problems, study guides, Q&A with experts and more, to help you understand tricky topics and get you prepared for test time — all in one place.

eTextbooks in ɫèAV+ give you access to upgraded study tools, including enhanced search, highlights and notes, customizable flashcards, and audio options to simplify studying. Plus, you can learn on-the-go with the ɫèAV+ app.

When you choose an eTextbook plan, you can sign up for a 6‑month subscription or pay one time for lifetime access.

If you select a 6-month subscription, you can make an up-front payment or pay monthly. If you opt for monthly payments, we will charge your payment method each month until your subscription ends. After checkout, you’ll be able to use your eTextbook in ɫèAV+.

If you select lifetime access, you’ll pay one time for your eTextbook access. After checkout, you'll have access to your ɫèAV+ eTextbook on the web and through the ɫèAV+ mobile and desktop apps. Web access ends after 5 years, but you can continue to access through the apps as long as you have already downloaded your title.

If you need your eTextbook for a longer time, you can renew your subscription by going to the Manage subscription page in My account. Select Extend subscription to renew your subscription before it ends. Subscription renewal is disabled for eTextbooks that are purchased with lifetime access.

eTextbook subscriptions are only available for a 6-month minimum term or lifetime access. We’re not able to customize the subscription term.

ɫèAV+ offers something like an eTextbook rental, but it’s billed as a 6-month subscription. A subscription includes instant access to your eTextbook, including study tools like flashcards and audio support. You can also bundle your eTextbook with Study Prep or make a one-time purchase for lifetime access. Your subscription for Study Prep will automatically renew at the end of your term unless you cancel it.

When you check out, you can make an up-front payment for your eTextbook, or you can choose to pay monthly. If you opt for monthly payments, we will charge your payment method each month until your 6-month subscription ends. If something happens and you need your eTextbook for longer than 6 months, select Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account at any time to continue your subscription before it ends.

Study Prep is a video platform, available in the ɫèAV+ app, with thousands of explanations, solutions, and practice problems in 20+ subjects to help you do homework and prep for exams. When you upload your syllabus, videos are personalized to your course, and tutors walk you through solutions. Plus, interactive AI-powered videos and summaries, along with a social community help you understand lessons from your class.

When you choose a Study Prep plan, you're signing up for a 1‑month, 3‑month or 12‑month subscription. You'll make an up-front payment for your purchase, and we’ll charge your payment method, based on your chosen plan, until your subscription ends. After checkout, you’ll be able to view the full video library across all 20+ subjects.

If you buy Study Prep in a lifetime access bundle, you’re signing up for the 1-month plan with auto-renew on unless you cancel.

When you purchase a Study Prep subscription, you'll get unlimited access to all available subjects with various features. Select titles include additional AI-generated content.*

Study Prep doesn’t replace traditional textbooks or eTextbooks. It’s an additional tool to help you with your studies, and it can be used with your eTextbooks in ɫèAV+, with non-ɫèAV textbooks, or on its own.

Study Prep offers additional help, which can be tailored to your course or eTextbook. It is an optional add-on to supplement your learning, unless communicated otherwise by your instructor.

A limited number of videos are accessible to watch for free.

If you reach your limit and would like to see more, you can purchase a Study Prep subscription for unlimited access to the full library, along with the other features such as practice problems, study guides and more.

If you purchased lifetime access to an eTextbook bundled with Study Prep, your Study Prep subscription is set to auto-renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel.

If you purchased Study Prep with a 6-month eTextbook subscription, you can renew your subscription by selecting Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before your initial term ends.

If you extend your subscription, we'll automatically charge you every month. If you made a one-time payment for your initial term, you'll now pay monthly. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, please check your card details.

To avoid the next payment charge, select Cancel subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before the renewal date. You can subscribe again in the future by purchasing another eTextbook + Study Prep subscription.

You can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial term. Just visit My account and select Cancel and refund. Upon cancellation, access to your eTextbook + Study Prep will no longer be available. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.

You can manage your subscription details from the Manage subscription page in My account.

You can no longer exchange an eTextbook within the first 14 days after your purchase.

Need to exchange your eTextbook but are near the end of your 6-month subscription term? If you purchased your eTextbook from ɫèAV directly, you can exchange it and continue for another 6 months with the new eTextbook. Sign in to ɫèAV+, go toÌýMy account and then select Exchange eTextbook. If you purchased your eTextbook from a bookstore, you’ll need to buy a new access code from the campus store.

If you need your eTextbook for a longer time, you can renew your subscription by going to the Manage subscription page in My account. Select Extend subscription to renew your subscription before it ends.

If you extend your subscription, we'll automatically charge you every month. If you made an up-front payment for your initial 6-month term, your payments will switch to monthly. If you bought lifetime access to an eTextbook in ɫèAV+, you won’t be able to extend your subscription, but you can purchase a new eTextbook.

We use your initial payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) to renew your subscription automatically. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, make sure your payment method is up to date. If your payment method fails, we'll send you an email with instructions for how to update it.

To avoid the next payment charge, select Cancel subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before the renewal date. You can subscribe again in the future by purchasing another eTextbook subscription.

You can get a full refund if you cancel during the first 14 days of your subscription term. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be applied back to your credit card or PayPal account. If you used PayPal to purchase your subscription, your refund will be issued by PayPal. If you used Apple Pay, your refund will be issued to your payment card.

For purchases made through your campus bookstore, please return your access code to your campus store for a refund.

If you purchased your eTextbook from ɫèAV, you can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days. Just visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. It takes up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.

If you purchased your eTextbook from your campus bookstore, you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund by returning the access code to your campus store within the first 14 days of your subscription term.

If you cancel, you’ll lose access to your eTextbooks and any available discounts.

If you purchased your eTextbook directly from ɫèAV and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. We’ll send you an email confirming your cancellation and process your full refund. To subscribe again, just sign in to your account using the same username and password.

If you purchased your eTextbook from your campus bookstore and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, return your access code to your campus store.
