Exploring Science: Working Scientifically

Exploring Science builds a foundation of science skills while fostering students’ natural curiosity about their world. The series combines vibrant print books with online ActiveLearn resources.ÌýÌý

Exploring Science includes teaching resources that develop practical, mathematical, and literacy skills with focused sections and integrated activities. You can track progression and develop you own assessments with ActiveLearn Progress & Assess, including online markbooks and our Assessment Builder tool.ÌýÌý

We also provide Student Books filled with fascinating facts, examples, and activities. With questions that encourage students to connect what they’re learning with their world, as well as over 150 engaging practical’s – linked to topics – on ActiveLearn. Online versions of the Student Books, ActiveBooks, are also available, with ActiveBook supporting learning, wherever it may be happening.

This course is suitable for students who will go on to study any awarding body’s GCSE science specifications.
