Early Career Maths Teacher Essentials -ÌýExceptional teaching and learning ideas and exemplar lessons

This session will explore what exceptional teaching looks like and what makes a great lesson.

WeÌýwill cover the key characteristics of a successful lesson, effective use of the teaching assistant, how to build creative lessons and lots of teaching ideas and strategiesÌýthat can be transferred to the classroom.ÌýÌý

The session will be led by maths teaching expert Pietro Tozzi. You will be given the chance to interact with Pietro and ask questions throughout the session. You’ll also receive a bank of resources to support your teaching and learning.Ìý
