eTextbooks have come a long way. They’re no longer just digital versions of printed books — they’re dynamic learning tools packed with interactive content, smart study features, and AI-driven support.
eTextbooks in ɫèAV+, give your students an additional affordable option to access their text in a digital format that offers enhanced features like integrated search, notes and highlights, flashcards, audio support, and offline access via the mobile app.
When you assign MyLab® or Mastering®, your students will automatically get an eTextbook in ɫèAV+, giving them a more integrated study experience. They’ll be able to access this eTextbook through their courseware or through your school’s Learning Management System (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L, or similar).
Study Prep in ɫèAV+
Study Prep connects students with curated videos and practice questions organised by key course areas. Based on input from students and subject matter experts, the videos and practice questions come from ɫèAV, YouTube, and additional vetted sources. Study Prep content is verified for relevancy by subject matter experts.
Study Prep videos cover various courses and topics, including biology, chemistry, math and business. Study Prep will continue to grow in course and topical coverage.
Study Prep is designed to give students access to resources that can help them learn difficult concepts and dive deeper into key course topics. With thousands of practice problems in MyLab and Mastering, there’s a chance that some content could be repeated in a Study PrepÌýassessment item.
We’ll use administrative and moderation tools to monitor engagement and summarise the data to help us understand how students are using Study PrepÌýcontent. To respect privacy, the data we gather will not include students’ names. Currently, the sharing of learning insights with faculty is not available.

- With a subscription to MyLab and Mastering paired with an eTextbook in ɫèAV+. Users can access their eTextbook from within a course and enter the ɫèAV+ environment, which includes Study Prep.Ìý
